REFUND POLICY
We appreciate your business and strive to provide accurate and reliable DNA testing services.
All sales are final, and all services are non-refundable. No refunds are allowed regardless of circumstances regarding the test parties or the pregnancy.
Paternity Pros LLC and its lab partners are not responsible for confirming pregnancy or assessing the health of the fetus. The client is responsible for determining their pregnancy status, the gestational state, and whether they are a suitable candidate for our testing services before scheduling an appointment.
All test processing and results turnaround times, including those advertised for rushed processing, are estimated only, not guaranteed.
No refunds or discounts are allowed for test results that may be delayed due to weather, insufficient specimen samples, or for any other reason.
Participating test parties and/or 3rd party payors of a test are jointly and severally liable for payment in full of test fees, regardless of original payment method or payor.
All accounts and payment arrangements must be settled within 30 days of the original appointment, regardless of the status of the testing or results.
After the initial appointment, if a test party changes their mind, refuses or is unable to continue with testing for any reason, all testing fees are still non-refundable and outstanding amounts are due in full.
We sincerely hope that our clients never experience such difficulties. However, due to the complexities of our testing process, in the unfortunate event of a miscarriage, misdiagnosed pregnancy, or other pregnancy complications, payment for services performed are non-refundable. We stand ready to support our clients in other ways possible.
Due to the complex nature of DNA testing, the need may arise for a test participant to submit additional DNA samples for the test to be completed successfully and accurately. If a test party refuses or is otherwise unable to submit additional DNA when requested or needed, all sales are final, all testing fees remain non-refundable, and all outstanding amounts are due in full.
By signing below, client and additional parties acknowledge they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the refund policy and additional terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
Client and additional parties voluntarily and informedly consent to Paternity Pros LLC collecting DNA samples and forwarding them for lab testing to confirm a specific believed biological relationship.
Client and additional parties understand that DNA testing involves collecting biological samples, including saliva, buccal swabs, or a blood draw (from a pregnant mother by a licensed Phlebotomist).
Client and additional parties acknowledge that the testing laboratory will analyze these samples to assess the probability of the biological relatedness believed to exist among the testing parties.
Client and additional parties are aware that DNA test results are confidential and will only be disclosed to those involved in the testing process, and consent to electronic mail delivery of the test results.
Client and additional parties understand that information obtained from the DNA test may have legal implications and are encouraged to seek independent legal advice if necessary.
Client and additional parties acknowledge the right to refuse or discontinue the DNA testing process at any time, understanding potential associated costs.
Client or additional party affirms that they are the legal guardian and provides consent for minor named,

Client and additional parties declare that all information provided for this DNA test is accurate and truthful.
By signing this consent form, they release Paternity Pros LLC, its lab partners and associates from any liability associated with the testing process. Client and additional parties have read and understood the terms of this consent form and voluntarily agree to undergo DNA testing.
